G2G protects banned scammers and refuses to refund stolen money (€280)
Do NOT use G2G. I was scammed out of €280 by a seller named "Xperimentas". G2G officially banned this seller from their platform for fraudulent activities, proving that he is a scammer. However, G2G refuses to refund my stolen €280. Their customer support (Rachel Colton, Sophie Everett - Tickets 5856197 & 5856237) keeps sending automated copy-paste replies hiding behind "Section 2.1" of their refund policy, claiming the order was "completed". How can an order be valid if the seller was banned for fraud? G2G is knowingly keeping the money stolen by a verified scammer. They refuse to escalate the issue to their Legal/Compliance team. If you buy here, you have zero buyer protection against professional scammers. I am initiating a chargeback with my bank for fraud. Stay away from this platform!
