Thieves and Unprofessional Software
My shopify account was closed a year ago and along with that my emails were also closed so i lost access to my account, i sent them lots of emails to cancel my subscription and they kept getting me with same answers, you should login and cancel, which i am not able to login, they kept charging my account for a year regardless i informed them a lot of time to cancel my subscription. Customer Service is very unprofessional, they keep writing same emails with no solution even though the problem is clear. They have taken my money almost a year though i asked hundred time to cancel.
