Changed refund policy but don't tell you when booking
Book train tickets with trip for ages as if you don't go you could get a refund even though you can get train tickets cheaper other places but this time tried to get refund as didn't use and no would not give refund when tried to claim it asks for reason i said ill not feeling to good they wanted sick note with doctors name ffs what's that about never mind will never use them again
