how dare you charge me when you did not issue me a ticket. this is unbelievable. my mother had a stroke and it is the only funds I had to visit her. No I can not book the ticket because you WITHDREW the money from my account without issuing me a ticket. only a "sorry the price has increased" notice - which I can NOT afford because you TOOK THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. you claim 24/7 customer support. where is it?
