EcomOpps has been a reliable…
EcomOpps has been a reliable fulfillment partner for us so far. Before working with them, we faced multiple supply chain issues. Communication was always an issue; custom packaging would be printed incorrectly, and processing times were 3+ days. EcommOps has made a world of difference for us. Any questions get answered, usually in 30 minutes or less. Difficult situations get handled professionally, and I can trust that whatever we have agreed upon will be executed. I can happily recommend EcommOps to anyone looking to utilize China fulfillment in a professional and customer-friendly way.
