AfterShip has a number of limitations
If you're a business owner or dropshipper looking for a company that provides tracking information for customers know that the Aftership software has a number of limitations. Firstly, Aftership allows you to customize emails, but the options to do so are very limited, meaning you can't create anything that looks nice and branded. For example, you can't control spacing between the elements, there are only 3 font size options, and you can't remove their header section. They also give you a branded tracking page that again has limited customization options. There are 5 sections that you can upload pictures to but they all must be low quality as there are low file size limits. The page also has a tonne of white page around it. Worse, they host it and add 'Aftership' to your domain name, use their own favicon and add their name again at the bottom of the page so it's mostly their branding. You also can't use the estimated shipping times feature if you're on Woocommerce. In fact there are a bunch of features that are only available to Shopify users even though they claim it's built for all platforms. TrackingMore actually solves all these problems. They allow you to integrate with Klaviyo in the basic plan and use their email templates (Aftership makes you pay at least $99 a month). They give you HTML code for the tracking page you create so you can copy and paste it into Woocommerce, use your own domain name/favicon/branding and use Elementor to really customise the page. They also allow you to use estimated shipping times and every other feature. The only reason I switched from TrackingMore to Aftership was because TrackingMore's customer service is so poor, they don't reply to customers, and also you can only add one tracking code per order, a problem if you use multiple suppliers and split orders. I would only recommend AfterShip to people who use Shopify or desperately need these features.
