DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY INKLING OF NEEDING TO RETURN even if to buy the same dress with a custom size from them. You’ll be told your custom order is not proportional (bust and waist, 32” and 25”, respectively, are more than 4” apart so can’t make) even though the dress is a 2-piece, top and bottom are totally separate from each other. This is a junior size. They’ll keep responding with okay to make waist 28”? which totally defeats paying extra for custom sizing only to pay again to tailor. You’ll also be told you can’t get a refund now because you already used the coupon code. Yeah, the coupon code you got for the return and used to reorder a custom size dress that they “can’t” and refuse to make. Save the time and energy and look elsewhere. Not worth the back and forth. Update 7/23/21: Finally got the refund after an additional back and forth. Changed to 3 stars for getting this resolved and behind me. It’s clothing for a special occasion, you can never be too sure something will fit right until you try it on. So be sure it’s what you want the first time otherwise you’ll waste time to get your money back. I would opt for tailoring to avoid all this time & energy for them, but the top was too small and the bottom too big. Just cant work with that.
