Don’t Waste Your Time
Ordered a bar on May 3, 2024. Order said 3-6 week delivery. Cool. Received a call a couple days later saying they needed to charge more. Weird but, uh, ok. Spent the next few weeks remodeling the room and then waited excitedly for delivery. On week 8 I decided to check in and see what was going on. Was informed that the items were “still on back order.” Uh, still? I wasn’t told they were on back order in the first place. I talked to them on the phone at least 3 times and it was never mentioned. And, in fact, you can still order these items on their website and it still says 3-6 weeks. Dishonest and strange. Cancelled the order and now have to cancel a party I’ve been planning for a while. Such a disappointment.
