I placed a few orders with them and spent a lot of money there. However on my last order when the captain chair finally arrived after being on back order the box look like it went through World War 3. Upon unpackaging it we noticed a tear in the seat. I sent an email to them about it and never heard anything back. I was able to get a local business to repair the tear for $100. Had shop4seats taken care of this I would have given then 5 stars despite being expensive and shipping was an insane amount. Seats look great otherwise.
