Great communication, packaging, and quality
The business does a nice job of communicating: requesting input and approval from the buyer as the statue is being designed and assembled; then, letting buyer know when it is shipping; and finally when the statue is delivered. The statue was also very carefully packaged. Most importantly, it was a great representation and really well-received by the recipient.
