Placed an order before Christmas and…
Placed an order before Christmas and took ages to arrive! Had poor communication with Oyrosy! Garment was very poor quality and looked nothing like pictures online when order was placed! Requested return and refund and again most emails were ignored by seller! Eventually got a return address and had to pay over £30 to return item to cover customs fees about 7 weeks after trying to post back! Over 4 months have passed and item has been returned to me with no information why and several emails to Oyrosy asking why and again they are completely ignoring me! Absolutely pathetic customer service and only got 1 star as I had to give them something for the review but they don’t deserve that! Fuming and will recommend no one order from them! Disgraceful!
