Bad experiment with exchange policy experience at pazzion after sales service
I will definitely give a thumb down for return policy. Purchased on Friday 9 July and not even worn once except for trying at the shop,vivocity. I was refused for exchanging when I went back to the other branch on 11 july, Bishan. The Reasons were given by the staff was the base of the shoes was worn out, not black enough. It was a terrible experience whilst reasoning for hours over the phone and at the shop. Totally unhappy with the way with sales and manager managing after sales services. Pazzion staff are not even making an exceptional service when seeing a displeased customer. It was truly an insult to a genuine customer’s integrity and honesty. To all new customers, please check all the base of the shoes before purchasing it to avoid unnecessary and ugly situations.
