Both pairs ripped almost immediately — one after a single day and the other after just a few uses. I reached out asking for either a higher-quality alternative in a similar color or a replacement, and specifically asked whether the batch might be defective. Instead of offering a solution, I was told everything is made to the same standard and advised to just browse the site for a different brand. That does not address the issue or help a customer who received defective products. I was ready to repurchase immediately if a higher-quality option or replacement was recommended, but customer service provided no real support or accountability. Very disappointing experience.
