Awful Fraudulent Service!
Awful Fraudulent Service!! I have purchased a flight and the 'Best Purchase Guarantee' service on May 30, the same day I have requested the cancelation of the booking, by phone and mail, and asked the full refund of the ticket as the service advertises. But they never processed it, One day to the flight (July 12) the still don't comply with the request even after several emails and phone calls. Their negligence is totally overwhelming. I need help for a formal complaint for fraudulent advertisement on the Best Purchase Guarantee service as it doesn't comply with the reality and they take the money for that service.
