This is not for post-administration of an estate.
Your document says something like ....no proceeding has been done for the administration of the estate. This would not be true and I can't affirm and sign the doc. The estate was administered and distributed. Now a small settlement check has arrived for the deceased and there is no way to cash it made out to the deceased. I was under the impression this legal document would pertain to that circumstance and it does not.
