Worst Customer Service and Refund Policy HEG is the worst platform for bookings. They will hold the refund money for 45-90 days even if the service provider has refunded the full amount the very first day of refund initiation. I believe they keep the money with themselves until the customer forget, or make money by the money collected from customers over 3 months or so.
