Scam
I ordered two custom shirts and got a tracking number just two days later. For the last 12 days, the only update has been “Label Created.” It doesn’t look like this package ever actually shipped. Customer service was completely useless. They said they’d contact the carrier, never followed up, and when I asked to cancel and get a refund, they told me I couldn’t because the order is “in transit.” How is it in transit if it appears to have never left your facility? Worst experience ever. Based on my experience and the many similar reviews here, don’t order from this company. Total scam.
