Id bought a DJI Magic Air 2 and at first I was pleased with its performance, especially with the distance I could get before the drone needed to turn around and come back but, I had to climb up on my roof to ensure best reception and I believe 26k feet was its best and with very few flights on the battery ( maybe 30) I was flying it one night in Kingman, Az and the drone needed to return and only having gone out maybe only 18 or 19k feet so, I let it fo its return and at about a mile and a half from making it home it says it is landing because of lack of power, I’m like what? The Drine uses a smart battery as well as the drone itself knows how much power is needed to return safely but, I had got a faulty battery with my new Mavick Air 2 and my drone fell from the sky at about 240 feet it broke one arm and its camera as well as the gimbal and I was very lucky to even find the drone after all that and so after I’d seen the damage and new it was the battery for it had a darkened spot on the battery and it would not take a charge at all. DJI said to ship it to them and I did and they sent it back saying it was pilot error but also had sent it back with all my videos taken off and said pilot error and I was so mad that I swore to never buy another DJI drone and so I’d bought the new Autel Evo 2 pro drone and I’m telling you right now it is so much better than DJI Drones in fact there is no comparison! I love Autel and its drones and so I was making a review much like I am now at how DJI screwed me out of $1,280.00 because they wouldn’t make good on their faulty battery thst caused me to lose my drone and so then they responded with Oh we are so very sorry this happened to you we will make good on our drone with out a doubt so please send it back to us ! Which was a bunch of crap cuz it wouldn’t let me print out a slip to even return it saying my warranty had just expired. Which I’d already sent it on way before the warranty expired and they screwed md over especially by taking all my videos off ! I’m sure they just said they would make good on it just in front of potential customers that had read my post but if they are willing to do that to me they will undoubtedly do it anyone and everyone !
