Meh experience, not to be repeated
I ordered wall murals. Customer service is non existent don’t expect to be able to cancel a order once you submitted it. Regardless of what their return/cancellation policy says it’s impossible to cancel without going through PayPal protection services for non receipt of goods or damaged products. They don’t care about honoring the 100% satisfaction guarantee they have on their site. Product: description of the mural is inaccurate. I purchased a mural and was expecting something similar to the picture to be proportionally scaled down to the size I choose printed over 5 panels as specified in the description. Instead I received the 3 panels with the full sized 12 ft by 16ft image cropped to a 8ft by 10ft image. It’s usable and I did receive what I ordered just not what I expected or a match to their website description or image.
