Post Office Doesn't Accept This
On 7/16/21, we went to the post office for an appointment with the acceptance agent and were told that they cannot process applications without a letter of authorization. The website doesn't provide this letter, so this service doesn't work. I tried calling the help number, stayed on the line forever, and nobody ever picked up. My order number is GW-CDB170E80.
