I appreciate the patience of the customer support in understanding our needs as non-native Chinese speakers. They offered suggestions for my daughter to better optimize the experience. They also explored ways to tailor-fit the classes to my daughter's needs. The multiple support team set-up also was helpful because when one of the staff is unavailable, you can try to contact another staff who also understands your child's class arrangements.
