What a bloody joke
Ordered a outdoor wireless camera on the 05/07/21, paid for express postage, still waiting for my product. I was told PO BOX address does not work for them, gave them my home address…..which delivers to my PO BOX, now being told won’t arrive until approximately 27/07/21. Wouldn’t dnt it be great if we could charge the sellers for excess waiting time and false advertising about express postage. I think the most disgraceful part it’s that this is meant to be KF Australia as advertised, but literally no contact info for anyone in Australia, all HongKong/China. Next time will just buy via eBay, atleast then a poor review will have some merit. Poor service, poor response times, poor mailing, overall pretty disgruntled.
