The X4 is a Truly awesome Flashlight
Having seen negative reviews I really can't see why people aren't happy with this company, I have had absolutely no problems with any of the products other than a firmware issue with one, which after a few problem solving steps they instantly dispatched me a new one. My favourite has always been the X4 as it is super bright but dimmable right down to candle light levels. The battery life just seems to go on and on and best of all it's ergonomic and sits nicely in the hand. I have a collection now and every single one has arrived in less than 10 days from china to the UK (Despite coming with Evri... IYKYK ). I would thoroughly recommend Wuben as a company, not only for the quality of their products but also their fantastic customer service.
