The colour was totally wrong beige instead of grey and on the instructions, it says that you can't use High temperature tools such as blow dryers. It also says to keep out of direct sunlight? I bought the human hair extensions so they should be able to be washed and styled. I have had many tape in hair extensions and was very excited about this product. But for the price I paid it is not worth it all. The only good thing was that they came quick
