Saga is fantastic company
Saga is fantastic company. I originally ordered the macallan which is a beautiful carbon fiber and whiskey barrel mixed ring. I ordered the wrong size according to an Amazon sizer and didn't account for my knuckle LOL. That was my mistake. $80 replacement. Not a big deal. I ordered the correct size and the ring came and it was beautiful, and fit great. However, due to my demanding lifestyle, working with my hands and lots of hand washing the whiskey barrel wood had cracked. Disappointed. I reached out, and they are going to give me another ring of my choice that is more durable at a handsome discount. I have been in contact with them for months. They have made this a painless process and been absolutely wonderful! This is the type of business you want to deal with. Nobody is perfect but kindness goes a long way, best believe! Thank you, Saga!
