They are scammers
These people canceled my perfect tickets just to sell me twice the price new tix. They transferred me to three people, Denver, then James, and finally Jeff. I asked them to transfer me to someone in the US and they kept transferring me to out of the country call centers. They each just keep selling me the new fare $1500 more than the ones I had gotten earlier. It’s not the first time they do this. I lost a tix before and had to pay $200 more. They do this to get you to pay more. It’s a scam and they are really good at it. They make you feel, they’re selling you a deal. A better flight, yet twice the original amount. And they even give you attitude if you don’t budge. Terrible people.
