EaseFab takes your money but offers little in return
In May of this year I bought a new computer, complete with a new storage hard drive. Having previously purchased a 'lifetime licence' copy of EaseFab LosslessCopy, I downloaded and re-installed the program. But when trying to register the product an 'Invalid Registration Code'message appeared. I have sent two emails to the company in the space of three weeks and to date have received no reply. As pointed out by "cheated customer" in another review, the company seems in many respects to be non-functioning. But judging by their website they're still offering their software for sale. Given my own experience of interacting with EaseFab, I would advise against buying from this company. This isn't the first time I've had problems: three years ago I got an error when trying to import files into the program, pretty much rendering the software useless. EaseFab's response time was not great, but I eventually got help, in the form of an upgrade. But now I have to assume the company is either dead in the water or woefully ignorant of what constitutes good customer service. Looks like my 'lifetime licence' has a shorter shelf life than I'd anticipated. Avoid.
