Useful app, poor support/ service
Very useful app, but despite arranging everything through trip.com when a problem arose they didn’t help me - I was chatting for nearly 2 hours and all they did in the end was refunding one transfer booking. It took me two hours to get there and the supposedly‘ emergency help staff didn’t even bother getting basic information about my issue from their records and gave no help at all - kept saying they couldn’t do anything I asked. Quality of an arranged excursion was also poor, so all in all it’s an ok site, but you’re on your own if anything goes wrong even despite having arranged all elements on the trip through the app.
