Very good until you have a query
I have booked many times with Agoda and usually get a better deal than on other sites. However, recently had a booking cancelled for no reason and trying to find someone to talk to online is very challenging - went round and round in circles with the automated chat line and in the end I gave up. Still not sure how I am going to resolve the issue.
