I bought a head unit for my Ford focus…
I bought a head unit for my Ford focus 2012. they told it is the right one for my car. 4 weeks later I received the head unit. They sent me a 2015 unit which was not compatible to my car. I sent it back and I paid the posted £52. Within 6 weeks I received the correct unit. Connected to the car and find out the touchscreen not working, I contacted them again and they gave me some information's to calibrator it, that didn't work either so I contacted them again they sent me out a touchscreen I connected to the unit and its still don't work. They told me to send it back so they can repair it at my cost which was £44. Within 6 weeks I received the unit back I connected to the car there were no power, it was faulty again. I contacted them again they told me return it at my cost. I was so angry and disgusting with all as I bought the item last November and I still have not connected to my car. So, I ask for money back. They told me No because it be more than 3 months. All the faults were their own, 1st sent me the wrong unit, 2nd They sent me a faulty unit, 3rd time they sent me back another faulty unit. I had a radio engineer to connect this unit into my car. So far it cost me £110. I am trying to get my money back from them without success. So be very careful when you buy from this company.
