It is a scam, I have seen better toy teeth. I paid $66 I am on my 17th attempt at trying to get a refund, and all I get is the runaround. The same generic reply offering a 10% refund and now a 20% refund. I decline each time, but they repeatedly send the same message over and over again.
AOYAANEW is a scam. I ordered the dentures and they are just a cheap piece of plastic that look like a toy. I paid $66 and have sent at least 15 emails requesting to return for a full refund as advertised, and all I get is different excuse each time, i.e wrong department, or send photos (which I did at least 5 times) or they act like it is the first time that I have put in my request. I believe they are stalling to use up the 14 days return policy. Do not be scammed like me.
