Ticket cancelled after mistake while buying a ticket
I made a mistake while buying a ticket, I called them to cancel my order and the payment was reverted instantly (I used Revolut to pay, I imagine that with a standard bank it might take more time) I imagine that most of the bad reviews are people that get panicked because it might take some time to receive the tickets while processing. They seem to be serious.
