Data Recovery Software complete fail.
This review pertains to their Data Recovery software. I'm thinking the more positive reviews are in reference to their other products. I accidentally deleted a folder containing subfolders and the software retrieved nothing. While some folder and file names were recovered, no metadata was restored making the recovery worthless. The recovery process retrieved folders and files that I know were never in the Recycle Bin so I think the app just generates 'plausible' stuff making one think it's doing the job. Oh, their guarantee? To give you a lifetime subscription to the software. Hard to believe the ratings for EaseUS are legit - makes me very disinclined to come to Trustpilot for guidance in the future. We will review your case and get back to you with a satisfactory solution. Ticket ID 1572682 but I think you at EaseUS are missing the point. You claim your software works, and provide a 'Satisfaction Guarantee' - after several attempts, over a few hours, I've nothing to show for the money & effort - I.am.not.satisfied. Please, just honor your own words and issue a refund.
