Working with Hero Time = Awesomeness
Working with Hero Time turned a stressful adventure into an enjoyable experience. Bryan Tan was a key player in the success of our collaboration and communication efforts during our five months of working together. He was critical in helping us feel comfortable with nearly every decision we made in the creation of our daughter's card game, Oopsy Poopsy! He took the time to carefully explain our options and made us feel like we were his only customers on the planet. He was empathetic when we misunderstood something, encouraging when we would make a decision, and supportive in our strategic development. Bottom line is we trust Hero Time and Bryan and look forward to working with them again in the future.
