Received a previously cancelled auto…
Received a previously cancelled auto ship. Tried to cancel the auto ship 2 times same day order was received, still showed as active. Called the co. Had him cancel the auto ship they would not allow me to return a med I no longer use, gave me a $31 cr on $178 item, I can no longer use. Rip off! Update: 3-4 wks later, another customer service agent contacted me & I was allowed to return the unopened pkg. A full refund was issued. Thank you for the effort to make this right!
