Subscribtion scam
Purchased the monthly package to recover data (more than 2gig) did not see any mention of monthly subscription. Get a email on the 29th day than my credit card was charged 89.95. I turned off renew subscription on there web site which in my opinion should have been clearly label at check out. Also should have been purchase by the month usage as needed rather than trickery of opting in subscription. I activated on 6/26/2021 and stopped renewal on 7/25. Charge is still on my Visa CC. Just been around and around with emails. Beware of this scam. ticket #743927 UPDATE 7/28/2021 an on line chat resolved this issue and refund was processed. E-mail method did not work.
