Pan Pacific London (Houndsditch), 5 days 4 nights over NYE. That we have stayed here quite a few times since 2021, says it all, really. Staff are great, with everyone making an effort great enough to think everyone even at staff level owns the hotel. Superb! Thank you! [Just a tiny downer re our lovely room’s mattress that won’t affect the general 5-star review: it might be a good idea to turn/invert/rotate the mattresses frequently enough to avert indentation and discomfort, as the one we had bore quite a little valley on the door-sleepers’ side (as opposed to sleeper next to wall), which meant agony for me after the first night. Thankfully my wife swapped sides, and my back was the happier for it.]
