After some misunderstandings about my purchase and membership, the folks at Credit Secrets went ABOVE AND BEYOND good service by guiding me step by step in downloading some resources from their webpage and were extremely helful to me.
The girl who took my order was extremely helpful, gracious and respectful. I give her a 100% vote. BUT THEN, I GET AN EMAIL QUESTIONING WHERE I GOT A COPY OF CREDIT SECRETS!!! Its a cup of vinegar for me. I bought the book from....CREDIT SECRETS..but I dont remember when. Im a serious customer. Im not fooling around. I can only give you MY WORD until I find the DAMM payment receipt!
