I'm giving this company a five star
I'm giving this company a five star, and they will be surprised why I am doing this. Their work is fine, and they followed my guidance well. (I owned and operated an ad agency for 28 years, so I knew how to direct an artist.). I had a simple design in mind, and this company was prompt and competent. But that's NOT why they get a 5 star. They get the five star because they called me twice AND TALKED TO ME! They were real people! The guy's name was Mark and he helped me, and I KNEW WHO TO HOLD RESPONSIBLE, AND WHO WAS MY CONTACT. This was EXTREMELY refreshing! I dealt with a person. You will like this company, and feel comfortable because of that. I hope this company reads this review and remembers this... there is no substitute for people working with people. Good job!
