Take your money and throw it out the window at this point
Ordered a wig back in May 2025. Sent Geeta an email saying the hair was not as pictured on the website and I asked for a refund. I was ignored repeatedly and offered a discount for next time I shop there. Hello there won’t be a next time. I keep disputing it with Afterpay with no resolve and have opted to get lawyers and the consumer reporting agencies such as the FTC involved. I have screenshots of all the messages I sent and received from Geeta along with the copy from their website. I’m thinking about asking AI to draft a demand lawyer in the meantime to see if they will give me back my $200. If this goes to court it will cost more than that! Stay far away from these people.
