Tomtop and Cafago - same company
Ich habe nicht bei Tomtop bestell, sondern bei CAFAGO...ist aber das gleiche Unternehmen - auch die Seite ist komplett kopiert. Bei beiden kann man soweit sagen: wenn Euer Produkt nicht beschädigt ankommt oder es nicht nach 3 Monaten defekt ist, habt Ihr hier kein Problem. Sobald aber eine Reklamation fällig ist, wird man Euch als Deppen verkaufen, Immer neue Entschuldigungen haben und sogar versuchen Euch aufs Kreuz zu legen. Ich habe glücklicherweise mit PayPal gezahlt, muß nun auf eigene Kosten einen Toilettensitz nach China schicken. Der wird auch nicht ankommen, da es eigentlich nach HONG KONG gehen soll...aber man schreibt Xianggang, CN...- auch die Postleitzahl ist falsch. Was passieren wird: es kommt nicht an...Und Cafago meint, sie bestimmen die Regeln: "1. The cost of return demand to cover by yourself. Need to select the post office with tracking number. 2. Packaging items need original. 3. After receiving the package, we will refund you as soon as possible. 4. If you send, please contact me again and supply the tracking number. If you agree with those points,we will send you an address. Please let us know your final decision." I have already exchanged dozens of emails with them, their target is just wasting time...until you give up. Luckily PayPal just needs a proof that is was send to the address they gave...then I get my money back. Please be everyone warned. Read the reviews of those who have warranty issues....it is repeating itself. This Chinese company doesn't expect anyone claiming what they received...and they also do not want to refund you or repair.
