You actually don't deserve any stars. I order and paid for the product and waited and waited. Sent at least 2 emails to follow up on where the shipment was and received NO REPLIES - despite many attempts to contact you. I was told the shipment was processing, but no arrival date EVER! When I finally did manage to get through after nearly 2 weeks I was told you don't ship to Hong Kong. Something you could have told me a long time ago. The experience was horrible, and I would NOT recommend anyone purchase products from you for your lack of customer service and support.
