Refund request
Hi, the travellers flight should be august 1,2021 around 6:15am and i received a notice of cancellation july 31,2021 around 3pm and the traveller already have the complete requirements, so the traveller decided to cancel it since just incase the flight will be resched, the traveller dont have enought money especially with the re swab test so he decided to make a refund and then it says that it was rejected How come? Please help the traveller
