Great products, great service, one exception
I'd like to start by saying I love Giztop and their products. Their service is usually exceptional but I had one very bad experience. I ordered a package which was supposed to contain 4 items. 3 items were received and the 1 missing item was stated that I would have an update on. It's been over a month and I have no received the item or compensation. Luckily the item was not very expensive but I hope Giztop can work on this aspect of their service to their customers.
