I purchased carbon fiber body kit for me car costing 3,500 usd all together. I got it shipped to the warehouse but shipping was far to expensive so i applied for a return. One of the products went back to the seller damaged, so I was charged 980 cny to compensate for the damages. Totally unfair and I'm very disappointed. Starting chargeback we will see how I go.
Worst Site and Company I've dealt with I was in a serious car crash and was in a coma for nearly 5 month 4 and 1/2 months to be exact. I woke up and it too me another month to get back to my usual self and it struct me that I have hundreds worth of goods in my sugargoo wharehouse. So I told support that I was in a coma and asked them to not destroy my products. So i slowly started too ship out my products and today went to ship out 6 items and was told they had been destroyed because I took too long to pay. They were around $250 usd worth of items I very very pissed off and I just get a sorry. I told them about my coma and was told that I would be given an extension but this wasnt communicated to the wahrehouse. F*uck you sugarogoo
