Outstanding Customer Service – Especially from Cindy!
I don’t normally take the time to write reviews, but the incredible customer service I received from this company — and especially from Cindy — absolutely deserves to be recognized. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and far exceeded my expectations. Cindy went above and beyond in every way. She was not only knowledgeable and efficient, but genuinely kind and patient, taking the time to ensure that every question I had was answered and every concern addressed. It’s rare these days to encounter someone who truly cares about the customer’s experience, but with Cindy, that care was crystal clear. I purchased 2 frames from SimplyEyeglasses.com and they arrived on time and well packaged. Huge thank you to Cindy and the entire team — you’ve gained a loyal customer for life. 👏👏👏
