Nice Product/Awful Customer Service
I am really happy with the curtains. That is the only thing I can say that is positive. Customer service experience was awful....responses to a problem are emails once a day from China - no speaking to a service representative AFTER you purchase something - only live rep during the SALE. Sent wrong items, clung to answer that some curtains were delivered, but they weren't. Just a lot of stress and time.
