Excellent customer service
I contacted Furlife to make them aware that the bubble containing the repellent in our collar had failed, it split and allowed all of the essential oil to leak out. Roy got back to me quickly and was able to answer my questions, and he sent me a replacement! I was so very happy with the customer service that I received from Roy at Furlife!
