Scammers will scam
Don't waste your time, these scammers are exploiting the initital panic people feel when their flight is cancelled. DO NOT use this company, as resolving it yourself is far more efficient and will cost you nothing, compared to this greedy, inefficient circus. It's been FOUR years of me trying to tell them that my case has been resolved by the airline themselves, but they don't reply to emails - instead they will send you a couple of emails telling you how hard they're working to solve your case and get you a refund. They will absolutely try to take credit for work that YOU did and demand a fee even though the case was resolved by no effort of theirs, but solely yours. I repeat, DO NOT even think about contacting these scammers. Breathe and take it up with the airline directly, laws are in place to make sure you get your refund if it's applicable and YOU can do exactly the same as them, but at no cost to you. Your platform is an exploitative business model and you should be forced out of business.
