I was a bit quick to write the below review as it has infact turned up today on Christmas Eve. The necklace itself is gorgeous, including the packaging which was amazing and a lovely touch. The necklace itself is perfect but the communication needs to be better which is why I can't give 5 stars I would order again despite "never again" in my original review. ORIGINAL REVIEW - I ordered a necklace weeks ago for my nan for Christmas. I haven't had any correspondence at all, other than my order email, no update, no distribution email, nothing. I emailed support, got a prompt reply asking for my order number (which I included in subject of original email) yet I still replied to it within a minute. 6 hours later and no reply. I highly doubt I'll receive the necklace as I've had nothing to say it's been distributed or even looked at. It was an important present for my nan too so needless to say I'm gutted. Never again.
